App license

Quentra is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page explains how the app works; it does not replace that license or your statutory rights.

Review your documents

You are responsible for reviewing customer information, service descriptions, prices, tax, discounts, dates and business terms before sending a quote or invoice. Quentra helps prepare documents and record information; it does not provide accounting, legal or tax advice. Private profit figures are estimates based on the costs you enter.

Free to use

Quentra is free. All features are available to everyone, including unlimited quotes, invoices, customer management, saved services, job packages, private profit checks, branded PDFs and exports. The app contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Your data and backups

The current release stores records locally. Keep backups using Export & backup. Removing app data may remove records from the device; exported or system backup copies are managed separately. Do not send private cost exports to customers unless you intend to disclose them. See the privacy policy for details.

Payments and availability

Manual payment entries do not charge a customer or move money. Card processing, Tap to Pay, cloud sync and online acceptance are not included in the current release. Some functions require compatible device capabilities or an internet connection to Apple services. No business results or quote acceptance rate are guaranteed.
